Landlord Boiler Grants from the Government's ECO Scheme

Landlord Boiler Grants are available from the Government’s ECO Scheme to help fund the replacement of faulty or inefficient Oil Boilers and LPG Boilers.

To qualify for Landlord Boiler Grants, your tenant must receive one of the following State Benefits or Tax Credits:
  • Guaranteed Pension Credit
  • Child Tax Credit *
  • Working Tax Credit *
  • Universal Credit *
  • Income Support
  • Income-based Job Seeker’s Allowance
  • Income-related Employment & Support Allowance

Benefits marked * are subject to maximum household income thresholds.
